Clive, with a capacity for bespoke work, produced a shower room that perfectly fitted our wishes, more than his competitors could do with their reliance upon catalogue items. Ben then solved the plumbing problems of an old house, before completing the job in an efficient and tidy manner. Finally when a later, minor problem arose (and after the final account had been settled), Clive attended to it immediately.
